Privacy policy
This website uses no cookies, collects no statistics and contains no third-party services. This page explains the little personal data that still passes through the site and how we handle it, as required by the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR, Art. 13).

Browsing and hosting
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc. (United States). When you visit a page, GitHub logs your device's IP address for security purposes and to run the service. The association has no access to this data and does not use it.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in putting the site online and protecting it (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). The data may be transferred to the United States: GitHub participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission has recognised as adequate. Retention periods and safeguards are described in GitHub's privacy statement.
Cookies and tracking
The site sets no cookies, neither technical nor profiling ones, and uses no other tracking tools (analytics, pixels, fingerprinting). The typefaces are also hosted on the site itself, with no requests to external servers. That is why there is no consent banner.
The footer contains links to Enrico Musmeci's Instagram and Facebook profiles. They are plain links: until you open them, no data is sent to those sites. If you do open them, the privacy policy of Meta Platforms, which runs both services, applies.
If you email us
If you write to us at the email address given above, we will use the data you provide (name, contact details, the content of your message) only to reply to you and, if you ask about performances, workshops or other activities, to follow up on your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). We do not share it with anyone else and do not use it to send you messages you have not asked for. We keep it for as long as needed to deal with your request, unless the law requires otherwise.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format (GDPR Arts. 15–22), by writing to the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or the authority of the EU country where you live.
You are not required to give us any data: nothing is needed to browse the site. We carry out no automated decision-making or profiling.
